The Stutz
II
In 2001, Indianapolis
developer Turner Woodard purchased the 'Ideal Motor Car Company' building. Where
Harry Stutz concieved the idea of the Stutz Bearcat. This building, just south
of the Stutz Business Center at 217 W. 10th St., was recently renovated and
aptly named Stutz II. This vital and growing part of The Stutz Business Center
is now ready for occupancy.

Leasing for the
70,000 square feet Stutz II facility is now underway. Manufacturers,
entrepreneurs, and artists can take advantage of flexible spaces and leases starting
at $9 per square foot.
