This special 75-minute monthly yoga class has a different Teacher each month, leaving no two classes the same. Each class aligns with the timing of the full moon, with class taking place on the Thursday nearest the month’s full moon. Full Moon Reflections + Yoga combines postural yoga, breath work, meditation and special theming to create a holistic experience for mind, body + spirit. Sign up for the class here.
In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:
- 1. Yoga flow (45 min) 
- 2. Pranayama (breath work) 
- 3. Meditation 
Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.
