🌟 Join Myriad Fitness + Yoga for our first HYROX Simulation Race on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, brought to you by Tinker Coffee!

The HYROX event itself is a thrilling challenge, testing strength, speed, agility, and endurance through a set of demanding physical tasks 💪🏼 It's an excellent opportunity for those who love the spirit of competition and teamwork.

Myriad’s HYROX Simulation Race will be run in DOUBLES with teams of two. Three divisions will be available: M/M, F/F and MIXED. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers! 🏆

This HYROX Simulation Race will be run similarly to a standard HYROX Race. Athletes will begin with a 1000 m run followed by the 8 HYROX movements, with a 1000 m run between each movement. The 8 HYROX movements are as follows:

  • 1000 m Ski erg

  • 50 m Sled Push

  • 50 m Sled Pull

  • 80 m Broad Jump Burpees

  • 1000 m Rowing

  • 200 m Kettle Bell Farmer’s Carry

  • 100 m Sandbag Lunges

  • 100 Wall Balls
